In this workshop guided by facilitator Collette Caffrey, you will work with others to use a variety of techniques to uncover your strengths. This will be focused on helping you to better understand your roadblocks and develop the knowledge of yourself you need to move forward. Find your baggage and find a way past it.

What to expect

In this face-to-face workshop we will work through a range of activities together. Including:

• using known coaching techniques to discover your roadblocks and set new goals
• having rich conversations in pairs and groups designed to uncover hidden barriers that are stopping you from taking a step forward
• imagining your future self and creating a plan to put what you've learned into action in your day-to-day life
