A huge annual celebration of Greater Shepparton’s inidigenous and multicultural communities, featuring music and dance, authentic cultural and culinary delights and interactive kids activities with the stunning backdrop of Shepparton’s Victoria Park Lake.

Come along and celebrate the diversity of cultures in Greater Shepparton through music, food and art at the Converge on the Goulburn Festival, held in March each year.

The Converge on the Goulburn Festival is an annual family friendly event that provides an opportunity for cross cultural sharing, celebration and connection for the community. Converge is a massive cultural celebration with nonstop music and dance from local Indigenous and multicultural communities, a vibrant cultural marketplace and tasty authentic foods from all corners of the globe.

It’s a chance for immigrants and refugees to showcase their talents including music and dance as well as traditional foods and crafts from their region.

Directions: Converge on the Goulburn is held at the northern end of the Victoria Park Lake precint. Limited seating will be available, bring your own chairs/blankets.

The Visitor Centre, located at 33 Nixon Street, Shepparton, is your first stop for information on things to see and do and where to stay while in Greater Shepparton. Providing quality information and brochures on accommodation, attractions, events and activities, the friendly staff and volunteers have the expert knowledge to make your stay in the region a memorable one.
