Matthew Evans is a chef by trade who is also the host of Gourmet Farmer on SBS. He is an advocate for sustainable seafood and is a strong believer in knowing and trusting what you eat. Fat Pig Farm is an extension of this philosophy, where we do as we preach: growing and rearing as much food as we can for the table. Fat Pig Farm, a 70 acre property is located in the beautiful Huon Valley, south of Hobart, where they adopt a paddock to plate concept.

FamilyCare is a dynamic non-government, not-for-profit organisation who commenced in Shepparton in 1984. We now offer child and family services, carer and disability support services to families and young people in Shepparton, Seymour, Cobram, Kinglake, Wallan and surrounding districts. FamilyCare works in partnership with the community, reflecting best practice by assisting families and individuals to enhance their strengths throughout their lives, through the provision of responsive and proactive services. Proceeds from the event will contribute to the purchase of a wheelchair accessible commuter bus for use in FamilyCare's Into Rec Program for children and young people.
