We'll be visiting Shepparton and other towns throughout regional Victoria and hosting FREE dance sessions throughout April & May!
Mental health in our rural communities, particularly in drought affected regions, can be a bigger and more complex challenge that in our cities.
Dancing has been shown to have a positive impact on physical and emotional health, and with support from the Heart Foundation, NLNL wants to support locals to support positive health—and reinvigorate local, regional built spaces.
We'll also be chatting to people about starting No Lights No Lycra in their regional towns - so if you've ever wanted to start one up, come along!
