Australia Day will be celebrated in Mooroopna at Ferrari Park comencing at 10:30am.

  • Goulburn Valley Motor Vehicle Drivers Club display of vintage and classic cars.
  • Presentation of Australia Day Awards including Mooroopna Sportsperson of the year, Mooroopna Young Citizen of the Year, Mooroopna Citizen of the Year.
About the Australia Day Ambassadors

Michael Cristiano is one of Australia’s most highly acclaimed performers and producers. As a producer, his name can be found on numerous multi-platinum selling albums by such artists as The Seekers, Judith Durham, Silverchair, Andre Rieu and Gene Pitney amongst many other big names and he has wowed audiences on stage as a singer and guitarist.

Lisa Edwards is renowned for her stage presence and incredible voice. She is perhaps best known to Australian audiences from her stellar work as a long-time integral member of the John Farnham band. She is also an accomplished songwriter and musician and her first solo album “Thru The Hoop” produced the chart topping single “Cry” which went on to achieve gold status in Australia.
