Once again showcasing our regions abundance of musical talent.
The GVCO will present a wide variety of musical styles including the Hallelujah Chorus from Handel's Messiah and Strauss favourites - Radetzky March, Tritsch Polka and the Thunder and Lightning Polka.
Steven Sargant will perform a movement of Hummel's Trumpet Concerto and other guest artists include 2018 SYIA winner Liesl Parnell, choir 36 Degrees South and singers Felicity McCowan, Simon Oakes and Reneé Rankin. There will be something appealing for all ages and musical tastes, all performed by our local musicians under the capable batons of Peter Read, Steven Sargant and Wendy Oakes OAM.
