Shepparton’s event will commence at 8:45am in the Queen’s Gardens with a flag raising ceremony.

We will hear from our guest speaker and Australia Day Ambassador Dr Peter Ellyard, welcome our newest citizens with a citizenship ceremony and present Australia Day awards to outstanding members of our community. We will also have live musical entertainment and celebrate the 70 year anniversary of the first citizenship ceremony.

This will be followed by a free sausage sizzle, multicultural lunch and childrens activities.
