Shepp Statos, in conjunction with the HSCCA (Holden Statesman, Caprice, Club, Australia), is planning a special first Statesman Nationals in Shepparton.
The event will be over two days with a cruise for Melbournians, a BBQ, a Shepparton Motor Museum tour, judging of categories of cars, a dinner with prizes awarded, sponsors and speakers.
Sunday will have another cruise to a winery, coffee, then a mini-cruise to the rustic township of Dookie, wood-fired pizza, the Emporium, a special event by Sol Sutherland and then home.
So far we have nearly 50 confirmed attendees and more than 150 interested, so this could well be the biggest Stato event ever.
